Dimitra Zarbouti received her MEng degree from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens in 2004. In 2009 she successfully completed her Ph.D. thesis entitled “Radio Resource Management Techniques in OFDMA networks employing array antennas at both the transmitter and receiver ends”. From 2005 to 2007 she was a member of the team responsible for planning the Greek DVB-T radio network and participated in the ITU RRC-06 as GRC delegate. Currently, she holds a Laboratory Teaching Staff position at the Wireless and Mobile Communications Lab of the Informatics and Telecommunications Department, University of Peloponnese. Her research interests focus on future wireless communication systems, RF network planning, simulation and analysis of PHY key technologies (heterogeneous networks, advanced antenna techniques, massive MIMO, relaying strategies, full-duplex).
