Two members of the Wireless and Mobile Communications Laboratory (WMCLab) at the University of the Peloponnese are once again included in the World’s Top 2% Scientists list for career-long research impact, in its 2026 edition:
- Professor George Tsoulos, Lab Director
- Professor Alexandros Kaloxylos
The recognition is recorded in the August 2026 update of the Updated science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators, published in the Elsevier Data Repository. The career-long category reflects the cumulative citation impact of researchers’ scientific work.
Together, their repeated inclusion in editions of the career-long list spanning 2020–2026 reflects a sustained record of international recognition for the Laboratory’s research.
For WMCLab, this continued recognition reflects the sustained research effort and collaborative spirit of the Laboratory. It is supported by the contributions of faculty, researchers, doctoral candidates, students, alumni, and research partners, whose work together advances wireless and mobile communications.
Congratulations to all current and former members of the Laboratory, whose collaboration and contributions have helped make this continued recognition possible!
